The MADANI Agro-Excellence (MAX) Awards 2025/2026 is Malaysia’s premier national initiative recognising outstanding contributions to food security and sustainable agriculture. Aligned with the National Agrofood Policy 2.0 (NAP 2.0) and the government’s vision for resilient, safe, and innovative agro-food systems, the MAX Awards celebrate individuals and organisations driving progress, self-sufficiency, and transformative impact in the agro-food sector.
Endorsed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (MAFS), the MAX Awards feature a rigorous evaluation process led by accredited professionals. Nominees are assessed across four pillars: Growth, Innovation, Human Capital, and Social Development ensuring that only the most impactful initiatives receive recognition. From pioneering precision farming and agro-technology innovations to empowering communities and advancing knowledge-sharing, the awards spotlight those shaping Malaysia’s agricultural future.
The MAX Awards Recognition Night, the highlight of the programme, will be held on 5th February 2026 at MAEPS Serdang and officiated by YB Datuk Seri Mohamad bin Sabu, Minister of Agriculture and Food Security. This prestigious evening provides a unique platform to network with industry leaders, showcase innovation, and celebrate excellence in Malaysia’s agro-food ecosystem.
